Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed and the order-verification checks are complete. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Standard Shipping: $15–$16, estimated delivery in approximately 7 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping: $33–$35, estimated delivery in approximately 3 business days from dispatch.
Domestic orders are shipped via vetted U.S. carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) selected per order based on destination, package size, and service level. Cold-chain handling is used where appropriate.
3. Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once the carrier scans your package. Tracking activity may take up to 24 hours to appear after the email is sent.
4. Domestic Only — No International Shipping
AZARI Labs ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders, re-shippers, or third-party export services. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States or to a forwarder will be cancelled and refunded, less processing fees.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions
Because we ship only domestically, no customs duties or import taxes apply. Purchasers remain solely responsible for ensuring that ownership and possession of research materials is permitted in their state and at their institution.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but has not arrived, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier facility, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. For packages lost in transit or damaged on arrival, contact us within 14 days with order number and photographs (for damage). We will open a carrier claim and, once the claim is acknowledged, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim may be reshipped at the purchaser's expense or refunded less original shipping cost and a restocking fee.
8. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon the carrier's first scan. We will, as a courtesy, assist with carrier claims as described above.
